Child Custody

Perhaps the most difficult aspect of a divorce is child custody.   Where will the children live?  When will you visit with the children?  What school will the child go to?  These are difficult decisions.

Custody involves the ability to make decision regarding the child’s health and welfare.   If the parties cannot agree, then the parties will attempt to work out the issues with the help of the Court Mediator.  If the parties still cannot agree, then the Judge will make the decision based on the best interest of the child.
